Bad Axe BBQ is starting our season in Westmont this weekend!! If your looking for something to do come out to Ty Warner Park and join us. Our turn ins start at 3:00 with judging around 4:30. Come out have a good time and try some ribs!! Look forward to seeing you there!!

Ken Dompeling and Joe DiNovo are making ribs at the Palos Autumn in the Park Festival and would like your help to earn the “People’s Choice” Award. When: Saturday, September 19, 2015 Festival grounds open 12:00 – 10:30 P.M. Public tasting starts at 4:35 P.M. (There is a $5.00 charge which allows for 5 samples. Autumn in the Park 2013

Our first competition is right around the corner. On Saturday, March 22nd we will be participating in the Men Who Cook competition in Mokena. Stay tuned for more details.

Up In Smoke BBQ is competing for the “People’s Choice” on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the Autumn in the Park Fest in Palos Park. Lunch will be ready around 2:30 and the judging will be at 5:15. In addition to being able to vote for Up In Smoke BBQ all day there are also plenty of family friendly activities. We look forward to seeing everyone and we appreciate your support.
